At CSTwithNarayni, we strive to maintain a fair and flexible scheduling system. This policy explains our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund process for Craniosacral Therapy appointments.
Session Slot Commitment
To ensure maximum dedicated care, Ms. Narayani Mhetre accepts a limited number of clients per day. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
1. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 90% refund (10% admin fee). Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the session receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Options
You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made between 24-48 hours prior may incur a nominal rescheduling fee.
3. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that the therapist needs to cancel a session due to illness or emergency, you will be offered priority rescheduling or a 100% full refund.
4. Refund Processing
