CSTwithNarayni primarily provides in-person Craniosacral Therapy services, which do not require physical shipping. This policy applies to gift vouchers, physical certificates, or educational materials if ordered.
In-Person Therapy Services
CST session bookings are delivered as in-person therapeutic appointments at designated therapy locations in Pune, Sangli, or Satara. Digital booking confirmations are delivered via email/WhatsApp immediately.
1. Digital Confirmations & E-Vouchers
Session receipts, digital gift vouchers, and appointment details are dispatched electronically via email and WhatsApp within minutes of booking with zero shipping fees.
2. Physical Items & Gift Certificates
If you purchase physical gift vouchers, certificates, or printed guides, they are dispatched via trusted local courier partners across India.
3. Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Charges
Physical items within Pune are delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders across Maharashtra and other Indian metros are delivered within 3-7 business days. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed prior to payment.
4. Order Tracking & Contact
